DESCRIPTION:<p>The 142nd Internet-based FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to 
 be organized from 02/01/2024 to 06/01/2024 by the Chess Federation of lsla
 mic Republic of Iran\,<span class='fontstyle0'> under the auspices of FIDE
 . </span></p>\n<p>The Lecturer will be IA/IO Pahlevanzadeh\, Mehrdad (IRI)
 \, FIDE Lecturer\, and the Local Assistant Lecturer will be IA Sherafati\,
  Masoud (IRI).</p>\n<p>The language of the Seminar will be English with tr
 anslation in Persian.</p>\n<p>The Seminar will give norms and titles of FI
 DE Arbiter\, according to the Regulations for the titles of Arbiters.</p>
