DESCRIPTION:<p>A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organised in mixed f
 ormat from 02/05/2024 to 20/05/2024 in Bordeaux\, France\, by the French C
 hess Fédération\, under the auspices of FIDE.<br />\nThe venue of the Semi
 nar will be the Chess Club Bordeaux ASPOM Echecs\, 130 bis Amedee St Germa
 in\, 33800 BORDEAUX.</p>\n<p>The Lecturers will be IA/IO Dervieux\, Domini
 que (FRA)\, FIDE Lecturer and IA Boyd\, Stephen (FRA)\, FIDE Lecturer. Ass
 istant Lecturer will be IA Lapeyre\, Pierre (FRA).</p>\n<p>The language of
  the Seminar will be French.</p>\n<p>The Seminar will give norms and title
 s of FIDE Arbiter\, according to the Regulations for the titles of Arbiter
