DESCRIPTION:The 134th Internet-based FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be
organized from 25/05/2023 to 28/05/2023 by the Asian Chess Federation\, un
der the auspices of FIDE. \nThe Lecturer will be IA Pahlevanzadeh\, Mehrda
d (IRI)\, FIDE Lecturer.\nThe language of the Seminar will be English with
translation into Persian.\nThe Seminar will give norms and titles of FIDE
Arbiter\, according to the Regulations for the titles of Arbiters.\nSched

of Chess (including Rapid\, Blitz\, etc)\, 4 hours\;\nb) Tournament Rules
\, 2 hours\;\nc) System of Games\, tie breaks. 2 hours\;\nd) Swiss system
and Pairing rules\, 2 hours\;\ne) Regulations for the rating and the over‐
the‐board titles\, 2 hours\;\nf) Regulations for the titles of the Arbiter
