FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar in Guwahati, Assam (India) – Report
From 28th to 30th December 2025, a FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar was organized in Guwahati, Assam, by the All India Chess Federation, under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer was IA Rathinam, Anantharam (IND), FIDE Lecturer, and the local Assistant Lecturer was IA Vasanth, B H (IND), FIDE Lecturer.
The language of the Seminar was English.
Sixteen (16) arbiters from India participated in the Seminar and all of them participated in the examination test, held after the end of the lectures.
The following succeeded in the test and they will be awarded a norm for the title of the FIDE Arbiter, after the approval of the next FIDE Council:
